We are looking for an experienced and proactive Fleet Controller to join our road operations team based in Parkes, NSW! This is a hands-on logistics role responsible for coordinating daily freight movements, supporting drivers and ensuring customer delivery requirements are met safely and efficiently.

Reporting to the Road and Warehouse Manager, the position includes the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinating daily pickups and deliveries to achieve service and customer KPI targets.
  • Monitoring driver and vehicle activities to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Communicating regularly with drivers regarding schedules, changes, and delays.
  • Ensuring all transport documentation, load sheets and operational paperwork are accurate and completed on time.
