Fleet Safety & Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Implement Preventive Maintenance Schedule – develop and execute a preventive maintenance schedule for the entire warehouse fleet, including 4.2m trucks, L300 vans, and electric vehicles (EV), to ensure vehicles are in good operating condition and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Conduct Monthly Vehicle Safety Inspections – carry out monthly vehicle safety inspections covering brake systems, tire conditions, lighting and signals, and emissions compliance. Maintain inspection records and follow up on issue resolution.
• Coordinate External Repairs and Track Maintenance Costs – liaise with external workshops and service centers for major repairs; establish and maintain repair cost tracking records, analyze maintenance cost structure regularly, and optimize cost control.
