Floor Stock Team Leader - Grocery Store Ops & Training

Eezy Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy in Turku is seeking a Floor Stock Team Leader for a grocery store. You will lead daily floor stocking tasks, guide the team, and train new staff to ensure smooth operations and a constructive work atmosphere.

The role is 25 hours per week, mainly on weekdays starting at 6 am, with a permanent contract. Finnish is the primary work language; other languages are a plus. Salary is aligned with the retail sector collective agreement and includes responsibility allowances.
