We are seeking an experienced FM Engineer to oversee facility management operations for high-rise buildings and commercial properties in the UAE. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Facility Management
  • Experience in high-rise building maintenance operations
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance planning
  • Ability to manage technical teams and contractors
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
