Responsibilities

• Run smooth shift operations, ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently.
• Create and maintain a positive team environment.
• Motivate and train team members.
• Direct and support staff in their daily responsibilities during service.
• Ensure all restaurant documentation is accurate, clean and available at all times.
• Maintain a high level of presence within the restaurant and communicate with guests to exceed expectations.
• Deputise for the manager when absent.
• Close the restaurant at the end of the evening.
