Food & Beverage Assistant Manager - Berkhamsted

Overview

As Food and Beverage Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the entire operation, ensuring consistently high standards across the team, outlets, and the food and drink served. You will seek continuous improvements in service and standards, support recruitment, training, and development of staff, enforce legislation and National Trust policies, and set and achieve financial targets to grow income and profits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Recruit, train and develop staff, establishing personal objectives and providing feedback.
• Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and manage stock and waste.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and ensure adherence to National Trust standards.
• Drive sales through effective resource management and customer service excellence.
