In this leadership role, you will oversee the food and beverage program at Parkland Ancaster , including six dining venues, catering services, and special events. Working closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team, you will help shape exceptional dining experiences through innovative menus, engaging events, and service excellence initiatives that enhance resident quality of life.

As the bridge between front-of-house and back-of-house operations, you will lead and develop dining room leaders and their teams, ensuring service standards consistently meet or exceed expectations.
