Food Store Supervisor

Full‑time permanent position, 40 hours per week with compensation of $38 per hour plus performance bonus based on store operations.

Job Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff.
• Assign daily duties and establish work schedules.
• Train new staff and ensure proper food handling and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.
• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health regulations.
• Prepare sales, inventory, and staff performance reports.
• Assist management with daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in food services.
• Post‑secondary education or food‑service related certificate (asset).
• English required; Vietnamese considered an asset.
