Automotive Technician – Ford / Lincoln


We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician with Ford and Lincoln experience to join a busy dealership service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Ford and Lincoln vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford and Lincoln vehicles according to manufacturer standards
  • Perform inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Repair engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, and HVAC systems
  • Use Ford diagnostic equipment and service software to identify and resolve vehicle issues
  • Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
