What’s the role?
You’ll play a key role in helping our operations teams plan ahead with confidence. You’ll partner closely with leaders to translate business changes, trends and data into clear, forward-looking workforce plans. You’ll build and refine forecasts, explore different scenarios, and turn complex data into insights that support smart decisions, ensuring we’re set up with the right capability, at the right time, to deliver for our customers.

You’ll partner closely with stakeholders at all levels to understand business drivers, present meaningful insights, and support decisions on recruitment, training, and workforce strategy through clear, data-led recommendations.

Hyrbrid role- Sydney or Melbourne location preferred, with flexibility to also consider candidates based in Adelaide.
