Foreign Trade Zone Administrator

The Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) Administrator supports daily FTZ operations to ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations and company procedures. They execute core FTZ transactions, maintain accurate records, and support inventory control processes within the zone. They work closely with internal teams, customs brokers, and operations teams to ensure all FTZ activity is properly documented and audit-ready. FTZ Administrators are core members of the FTZ Operations team and receive on-the-job training and exposure to regulatory best practices, making this a great launching point for a career in Logistics.
Responsibilities

+ Support daily FTZ transactions to ensure compliance with 19 CFR Part 146 and CBP requirements

+ Maintain FTZ logs, records, and routine documentation with a high degree of accuracy

+ Assist with processing FTZ admissions (e214 filings), status changes, and zone transfers
