Foreman / Supervising Foreman for Multi-Brand Repair Shop – Sastamala

Overview

We are seeking a foreman or supervising foreman for diverse and responsible tasks at MekoWest Oy in Sastamala. The role involves supporting the smooth daily operations of the repair shop and the efficient organization of work, in close cooperation with technicians, customers, and parts sales. The supervising foreman will also serve as the team leader and be responsible for daily management.

The employment is permanent and full-time, with working hours on weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage daily operations of the repair shop and ensure work is completed on schedule and the customer experience is first-class.
• Collaborate with technicians, customers, and parts sales to organize and prioritize work.
• Act as the team leader and be responsible for daily management as a supervising foreman.
