Position Overview
FORKLIFT TRUCK OPERATOR
- Handle the loading and unloading of goods efficiently and safely.
- Carry out document despatch and ensure timely delivery.
- Perform picking, packing and issuing of goods.
- Take part in regular stock-taking exercises.
- Maintain and operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and reach stackers.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- Operate forklifts and reach stackers as required for daily operations.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Basic skills in using a computer.
- Valid forklift licence is a must.
- Proactive and self-driven individual.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Diligent, with a positive mindset and strong work commitment.
