Role Overview

The Foundation Director provides strategic and operational leadership to the 2Roads Foundation. Reporting to the Chairperson and the Board of Directors, the incumbent will oversee the Foundation's operations, implement the Board's strategic direction, manage the Artist Residency Programme, coordinate exhibitions and public programmes, cultivate donor and stakeholder relationships, mobilise funding, develop strategic partnerships, and position the Foundation as a leading arts and cultural institution. The role is an executive management position appointed by and accountable to the Board of Directors through the Chairperson. The position does not constitute appointment as a director of the Foundation for purposes of the Companies Act or registration with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC).
