Founding Hardware Lead — Robotics & AI (Zurich)

C&D Talent Advisory is seeking a Hardware Lead to build and own the company's hardware function from the ground up in Zürich, on-site.

You will define hardware strategy, develop robotic platforms, and shape the engineering foundations to support rapid growth. In the first year you’ll stay hands-on, designing, building, testing, and deploying real robotic systems while laying the groundwork for a scalable hardware organization.
