Drive HR innovation as a founding HRBP leader in a profitable Series B+ software company in Toronto. Build the People Ops function from scratch and align it with dynamic business needs.
This role is your chance to create the HR and People Ops function for a rapidly growing company. You'll operate fully on-site five days a week, working closely with executives to shape a strategic approach to talent and organizational change. As the first dedicated People hire, your work will be foundational in steering the company towards its ambitious goals.
