Position Overview
- Execute air export shipment bookings and operational coordination
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure shipment readiness and schedule compliance
- Prepare and process air export documentation including Airway Bills, invoices, and permits
- Communicate flight schedules and provide regular updates on freight movement and delivery status
- Manage cost submissions, GST billing, and payment follow-ups within agreed timelines
- Deliver timely and effective customer support to ensure service excellence
