A prestigious Family Office in Dubai is seeking a polished, professional, and service-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and business associates. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to manage front office operations with the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests, VIPs, and business visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk and ensure the reception area is maintained to the highest standards at all times.
- Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are prepared before scheduled appointments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier services, mail, and deliveries.
