The Role: We are looking for a high-energy leader to oversee the Tailgate experience. You'll be the face of the Tavern, ensuring that whether a family is in for dinner or a crowd is rooting for the Pats, the service is seamless, the beer is cold, and the atmosphere is electric.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts. Foster a team-first culture where staff feels supported during busy game days.
