Front of House Supervisor

About the roleThe Bodleian Libraries are home to one of Oxford's most popular visitor attractions, welcoming thousands of visitors from around the world each year. We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to help deliver an exceptional visitor experience while leading our Visitor Hosts. You will act as Duty Manager during allocated shifts, overseeing the smooth operation of tours, admissions and visitor services. You will support and motivate a team of Visitor Hosts, manage daily rotas, deliver operational briefings, monitor cash handling procedures and help maximise income through excellent customer service. You will also deliver engaging guided tours, contribute to operational projects and ensure the highest standards of safety, presentation and visitor care. This is a permanent, part-time post, working 36.2 hours per week. About You
