Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and professional Front Office Agent to join our team at a luxury resort in Ras Al Khaimah UAE. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient check‑in/check‑out process while providing exceptional service and assistance to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints efficiently
  • Manage reservations and ensure accurate billing and payment processing
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a customer service role preferred
  • Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
  • Willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah UAE
