Position Overview
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a professional first impression.
- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, check-ins, and other service requests.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive guest experience.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and collect feedback to improve service quality.
- Recognize VIP guests and ensure personalized services are provided.
- Maintain accurate records of guest requests, preferences, complaints, and resolutions.
- Promote hotel or facility services, amenities, events, and special offers.
- Ensure the reception and guest areas remain presentable and welcoming.
