We have an exciting opportunity to join our FrontOffice Team at The Fife Arms as  Front Office Host !

Weare looking for enthusiastic individuals with a similar level experience and apassion for excellent hospitality and a desire to develop your skills whilstunder the mentorship of our Front Office Manager and the team.

As Front Office Host, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing an exceptional guest experience fromcheck-in to check out
  • Positively approaching sales opportunities in orderto maximise revenue
  • Making informed recommendations based on in-depthknowledge of the rooms and services of the hotel and using upselling techniquesat every appropriate opportunity
