Frontline Medical Social Worker — Internal Medicine & Rehab

HUS diagnostiikkakeskus in Espoo invites a licensed social worker to join the Health Social Work unit of the Internal Medicine and Rehabilitation division at Jorvi Hospital. The position is permanent and starts 1.9.2026 or as agreed.

You will assess patients' life situations, provide psychosocial support to patients and families, and coordinate with child protection and other social services. You will document care in a goal‑oriented manner and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
