Day Shift Job Summary Ensures packing fruit (citrus) to production standards (quality, quantity) Verifies packers/graders take proper breaks and meal periods at the correct time Verify inventories and supplies are readily available and stored properly Verify the packing equipment is maintained and cleaned prior to starting the shift Verify the packers/graders are meeting food safety standards Verify packers/graders are following industrial safety rules Verify the fruit is properly labeled (stickers) and box codes Verify compliance to attendance, dress codes and other company policies Complete reports for the production manager on daily packing, etc.

On occasion, contact employees to come to work earlier or later Reports hazards and accidents to your supervisor immediately Report any employee issues to HR   Qualifications Prior experience working as a lead of packers/graders in a fruit packing facility Ability to understand English/Spanish Ability to work well with oth...
