Position Overview
Working Hours & Salary
- 3am-12pm/ 4am-1pm (OT required based on production needs)
- Transport is provided for employees residing within the vicinity of the central kitchen
- 4-days of work, 1-day off cycle (Inclusive of weekends & public holidays)
- Gross salary up to $2,700/month
- Measure, cut and prepare ingredients following recipes and production schedules.
- Cook ingredients to required temperatures, adhering to food safety standards and proper cooking techniques.
- Assemble sandwiches accurately and efficiently, following standard recipes, portion control guidelines and presentation standards.
- Package finished products—ensuring proper sealing and labelling.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by cleaning and sanitizing workstations, equipment and machines in accordance with company's SOPs and food safety standards.
