FUEL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM OPERATOR

Summary You will serve as a FUEL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM OPERATOR in the COMMANDER NAVY INSTALLATIONS COMMAEND-CNIC of NAVSTA MAYPORT. Responsibilities You will independently initiate, control, and terminate fuel transfers throughout the tank farm system. You will receive fueling/defueling requests from customers and prioritize, schedule operations, and prepare appropriate documentation and reports You will direct the loading and unloading of fuel aboard tankers, barges, and the transfer of fuel from one tank to another within the tank storage areas. You will operate pick-up trucks, vans, stake trucks, 5,000-gallon refueler trucks, tractor/trailer trucks, forklifts, farm tractors with attachments. You will perform operator-level preventative maintenance of fuel facilities.
