Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Assist on the daily tasks and responsibilities related to 1SS inquiries.
- Attend on 1SS tickets related to operations, order management, shipments, logistics related.
- Work closely with Tech team to raise any issues blocking the operations.
- Perform operational tasks such as Order Daily Checking, Out-of-stock orders check.
- Assist on ad-hoc tasks related to product stability and daily operation.
