What You’ll Do:
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality full stack software solutions.Lead and mentor a talented team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environmentChampion AI-first engineering practices, driving value across the entire development lifecycleTake ownership of projects, proactively learning and applying new technologiesDeliver outstanding outcomes aligned with Chubb’s business goals and strategy
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in full stack development in .NET or Angular or similar frameworks.Strong leadership and mentoring skills
