Our client is building something new in the UK: a VC-backed, AI-enabled roll-up of a large, fragmented services sector. They buy excellent owner-operated businesses and turn them into a modern technology-led group. Two things make it work: disciplined M&A and serious integration. The first acquisitions are in, integrations are live, and the pipeline is deep. Integration is where the value actually gets created, and this role sits right inside that engine.
