Position Overview
Become a vital part of the team as a full-time Labourer supporting floating farms. Work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with competitive wages ranging from $20 to $24 per hour.
In this position, you will engage in harvesting, loading, and maintaining gear specifically for floating farms accessed only by boat. A valid driver's license is necessary, and you'll need to be comfortable working on water. After six months, additional training tickets will be provided, along with extended medical and dental benefits after six months of employment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Harvest and load materials on floating farms
• Conduct gear maintenance on site
