Mr Who? MrQ is a UK online casino — irreverent, direct, growing fast. We're building something new alongside the core product: a new games world that operates at a different pace, with a different team, and a different mandate.

The Foundry is the team doing it. Small, engineering‑led, deliberately lean. Two squads of two builders — Iron and Bronze. Four builders total. A jet ski, not a tanker.

The Full Stack Product Builder is the core role on the team. You think like a founder and build like one. End‑to‑end ownership — problem definition, architecture, build, ship, learn, iterate — without waiting to be directed. You use AI natively. You move fast. You create things that last. You'll work directly with the CTO and CPO, with a clean brief and real scope.
