Full Stack Software Engineer (Backend-focused)

We are looking for a software engineer capable of taking ambiguous or high-level business ideas and turning them into fully functional production systems. This role requires strong engineering judgment, ownership, and the ability to design, build, release, and support solutions end‑to‑end, with a primary focus on backend development and consistent involvement in frontend and AI integration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ambiguous or high-level requirements, identify the underlying problem, and translate it into clear technical proposals.
• Identify risks early, evaluate trade‑offs, and make well‑reasoned technical decisions.
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain solutions in production environments.
• Take full ownership of deliverables, including handling bugs, incidents, and scalability challenges.
• Work across backend (60‑70%) and frontend (30‑40%) development tasks.
