Gaming QA Lead: Senior Functional Tester

EPAM Systems is looking for a Senior Functional Tester to lead testing operations for a gaming project in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, you will manage daily tasks and ensure effective communication between QA Analysts and the Test Team, while monitoring team performance and training new members.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of software testing experience, advanced skills in managing testing activities, and fluency in English at a B2+ level or higher. The position requires effective problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
