This role combines deep technical expertise in semiconductor process development with strategic leadership, customer engagement, and team management. The successful candidate will define the technology roadmap, oversee platform evolution, and ensure the successful transfer of advanced GaN technologies into manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize GaN semiconductor manufacturing processes for advanced optoelectronic and power device applications.
Lead technology transfer activities to support internal capability development and successful customer engagements.
