Position Overview

Summary This position resides in the Regional, Subregional, and Resident Offices of the National Labor Relations Board. The regional offices represent the actual operating arm of the Agency, the means through which both the Board and the General Counsel reach the public. Responsibilities As a General Attorney (Labor) (Field Attorney), GS-0905-12, your typical work assignments may include: Analyzing a variety of simple to moderately complex cases, including unfair labor practices charges, petitions to determine collective-bargaining representatives, petitions to decertify labor organizations, and petitions to rescind union security contract clauses. Examining cases by reviewing all pertinent records of the charged party and the charging party to determine if new/amended charges are warranted.
