General Counsel/VP Legal

I'm currently partnering with a fast-growing data center platform that is expanding rapidly across multiple markets. As the business continues to scale, they are looking for a General Counsel / VP Legal to build and lead the legal function.

This is a highly strategic role, working closely with the executive leadership team across a broad range of commercial and corporate matters, including:

• Commercial agreements and customer contracts
• Strategic investments and partnerships
• Building and leading the in-house legal function
