**General Counsel/Lawyer (Bilingual)**

**Objective**
Address the legal needs of the company, both corporate, regulatory, labour and litigation, complying with existing regulations to provide legal certainty.
**Responsibilities**
- Address legal needs of the company, anticipating ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and preventing, mitigating, and resolving contingencies.
- Provide support by advising on the daily operation of the company, strategic projects, and other needs.
- Review and prepare various contracts to confirm the company's policies, guaranteeing the best contractual conditions for the company.
