Role Overview
This leadership position in Finance & Accounting is based in Pune and is responsible for steering core accounting, compliance, tax, treasury, and control activities across the business. The role demands strong business judgment, deep accounting knowledge, and hands-on ownership of statutory, management, and transactional finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead month-end accounting close activities and ensure financial records are complete, accurate, and aligned with IFRS and Indian accounting standards.
Oversee annual and quarterly statutory books, audit requirements, and reporting for both local and group purposes.
Evaluate the financial feasibility of new business models and assess profitability, investment needs, and risk exposure.
Handle actuarial-related evaluations for long-term obligations such as PF, gratuity, insurance, and similar commitments.
