We are afast growing restaurant group originating in San Diego is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high volume Baja inspired fast casual location. The concept is known for fresh press tortillas, authentic street style tacos, quality ingredients prepared in house daily, and a lively guest experience. With multiple new openings planned, this role is key to driving operational excellence and team development in a brand with strong momentum. This location will be opening in 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with a strong presence in both the front and back of house
