Lead our venue and inspire the team to deliver an unforgettable Everyman experience to all guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the venue to achieve long‑term profitability and maximise performance to full potential.
  • Train, motivate and manage the team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Oversee all aspects of the complex business with full P&L accountability.
  • Analyse business finance, maximise sales and exceed KPI targets.
  • Collaborate closely with operations to identify and exploit service delivery opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Venue or General Manager in hospitality or customer‑service focused environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a dynamic, passionate approach.
