General Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction in managing property development and construction projects.
• Oversee all project phases including feasibility studies, design development, regulatory approvals, tendering, construction, and project handover.
• Lead and mentor the project management team, ensuring strong coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop project budgets, cash flow, and schedules; monitor progress and ensure timely delivery within allocated resources.
• Ensure projects comply with regulatory requirements (authorities, local councils, CIDB, etc.) and company policies.
• Establish and implement quality control, safety, and risk management systems for all projects.
