Position Overview

We are partnering with a well-established, national organisation operating across a multi-site, operational environment to appoint a General Manager – People & Culture. This is a newly created senior leadership role, designed to strengthen strategic people capability and support the organisation's next phase of growth.

With a strong, long-standing culture already in place, the focus of this role is to build on existing foundations — bringing greater structure, consistency and strategic alignment across the people function. Reporting to the Chief Corporate Officer, this role sits within the senior leadership team with a defined pathway to executive level and CEO-report within 12–18 months.
