General Manager

This is a hands-on leadership role for a senior hospitality professional who understands what it takes to run a small-footprint luxury lodge to an exacting standard. With just five suites, every guest interaction carries weight, and the GM will be expected to be a visible, engaged presence across the entire operation, from the boma to the bush and everywhere in between.

Core Criteria:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a General Manager or Lodge Manager within a luxury safari lodge
• Minimum 7 to 10 years' total experience in luxury hospitality
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel, Tourism, or Business Management
• Proven track record managing all-inclusive luxury lodge operations across multiple departments
• Strong financial and commercial management skills, including budget preparation and GOP accountability
