General Manager - Urgently needed

Applicants must have the following requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Commerce or Marketing.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in automotive aftermarket distribution.
• Must have senior management experience, with direct accountability for P&L.
• Must have a strong sales and commercial background.
• Must have a proven track record of leading multi-site or multi-branch operations.
• Must have experience developing and managing branch managers or regional teams.
• Knowledge of automotive air conditioning systems and refrigerant products would be advantageous.
• Experience in a distribution or wholesale trade environment would be advantageous.
