This role supports a highly industrial production facility by performing a variety of tasks across multiple departments. You will load and unload rail cars, feed machines with raw materials, and stage finished and in-process products while consistently prioritizing safety and teamwork. The position requires flexibility to work independently or as part of a group and to support off-shift operations as needed.
