Position Overview
**Job Title: General Production Worker**
Shift: (1st) 7 am - 3:30 pm
Pay: $16 an hour to start (paid weekly)
**Job Description**
Support the assembly and manufacturing of custom cable and wire harness products. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude and a commitment to quality.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components according to specifications.
+ Perform crimping and soldering of electrical connectors using hand tools and soldering irons.
+ Read and follow wire harness assembly instructions and cable drawings.
+ Gather materials and tools needed for each job in an organized and efficient manner.
+ Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with standards.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S principles.
+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
