Iris Software's client one of the leading Bank in Toronto is looking to hire for the following roles.

Mode of Work - Hybrid (1-2 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Design practical, production‑grade AI solutions, not just model‑driven prototypes.
• Balance traditional programming (Python‑based logic, rules, and data processing) with LLM capabilities, using the model as an intelligent augmentation layer rather than the sole decision‑maker.
• Strong Python engineering skills (data pipelines, APIs, business logic implementation).
• Hands‑on experience with LLM frameworks.
• Experience with hybrid architectures (rules + AI models).
• Knowledge of embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and production deployment.
• Understanding of AI limitations.
