Geotechnical Engineer

Job Description Overview

We are currently seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to join AtkinsRéalis’ team in Dubai, UAE, reporting to the Lead Geotechnical Manager. In this role, you will support various projects for multiple clients and expand your technical skillset in soil mechanics, soil‑structure interaction, and construction practices in the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data collected during site investigations to assess the stability and suitability of the site for construction projects.
• Define the scope and specifications for ground investigation works.
• Define geotechnical design parameters and perform calculations and modelling to evaluate bearing capacity, settlement, slope stability, lateral earth pressures, and groundwater flow.
• Plan, supervise, and lead geotechnical investigations and design activities.
