'We're on the hunt for a **Marketing Manager** to own our marketing function end-to-end.You'll develop our overall strategy, build high-performing funnels in HubSpot and beyond, manage paid/unpaid campaigns, oversee social and SEO, craft our brand voice, produce a firm‐hosted podcast, and use every data point we track to drive quality leads and sales.You'll report directly to the CEO and initially fly solo—though you'll have hands-on support for blog posts and can tap outside contractors as needed.What we're looking for**Experience**:- 3 + years in marketing, ideally with 5 years leading digital/CRM-driven initiatives- Proven track record creating and scaling funnels, managing paid/unpaid campaigns, and optimizing SEO & social- HubSpot super-user: automations, lists, workflows, forms, landing pages, reports—if it lives in HubSpot, you own it**Technical skills**:- Deep familiarity with CRMs & marketing automation- Paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and organic social manag...
